Sir Chris Hoy is Keirin World Champion after a close race at the Track WC in Ballerup. The Brit won a close sprint, beating Malaysias Azizulhasni Awang by inches, while German Maximillian Levy took the bronze.Hoy is now 10 times Track World Champion, winning his first titel at the 2002 WC, also in Ballerup. "It is a special thing winning my 10th. WC gold. I won the first one here in Ballerup and I am very happy to have succes again after last years World Cup crash at this track", Hoy explained after the race.
